Spirit Nagas are evil creatures who make their lairs in dismal ruins or dark, often decrepit dungeons. Their serpentine bodies are covered in glossy black scales marked with circular or wavy patterns of red lines, while their heads are the most human-like of all nagas, even having hair.
In combat, spirit nagas confront their enemies directly, aiming to maximize the impact of their gaze attack. If opponents look away to avoid eye contact, the naga swiftly retaliates with a venomous bite.
Special Abilities
Poison Bite: Deadly venomous bite which kills any victim who fails a save vs. Poison.
Charm Gaze: Their gaze can charm (as the spell charm monster) any living creature that meets the naga’s gaze; a successful save vs. Paralysis will permit a victim to resist, but if this saving throw fails only dispel magic or remove curse will free the victim from the naga’s control.
Spellcasting: A spirit naga also has the magical abilities of both a 5th-level Magic-user and a 4th-level Cleric.
