A Winged Ape resembles an ordinary carnivorous ape, save for the bat-like wings sprouting from its back. An adult male winged ape is 4 to 5 feet tall and weighs about 200 to 250 pounds.
Special Abilities
Aerial Attack: A winged ape often prefers to attack from the air, throwing rocks as far as 50 feet or by dropping them. Each ape can carry aloft 1d4+2 rocks. Attacks against opponents more than 30 feet away (in any direction) are made at -2 to hit.
